What Tafaddal does

Tafaddal connects AI agents to hosts so agents can check availability, hold a slot, take payment and confirm a booking. Hosts provide the tours, treatments and experiences; the booking is between the guest and the host.

Hosts

• Keep your services, prices, availability and policies accurate.
• Honour the bookings you accept, on the terms you published.
• Pay the commission we agree with you on bookings made by agents.
• You can pause agent bookings at any time.

Guests

• An agent may book on your behalf, but you approve every payment.
• The host’s cancellation, deposit and other policies apply to your booking, and are shown before you book.

Developers and agents

• Use the API and MCP server as documented, within rate limits.
• Keep API keys secret, and tell us at once if one leaks.
• Only book when a person has asked for it, and never charge without their approval.
• The API is in private beta and may change. We’ll give notice of breaking changes where we can.

Payments, cancellations and refunds

Payments are processed by our payment processor. Cancellations and refunds follow the host’s published policy for that booking.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Tafaddal to break the law, to mislead guests or hosts, to make bookings you don’t intend to keep, or to interfere with the service.

Changes and availability

We’re a new service and will keep improving it. We may update these terms; when we do, we’ll post the new version here with its date.
