Questions, answered.

What does “Tafaddal” mean?

It’s Arabic for “please, come in” (تفضّل), what a host says at the door. That’s what we do for AI agents.

Which AI assistants can book me?

Any assistant that supports MCP or can call an API. We’re applying to the Claude, ChatGPT and Meta Muse directories and publishing to the open MCP Registry.

Do I need new software?

No. Connect the system you use today, or manage bookings in Tafaddal Host.

How do I get paid?

Guests pay when they book, by card, Apple Pay or QPay, and payouts go to your bank account.

What about no-shows?

Your deposit and cancellation rules are part of every booking, and agents see them before they book.

Can I pause agent bookings?

Yes, anytime, from Tafaddal Host or WhatsApp.

Is it available outside Qatar?

Not yet. Doha comes first; other Gulf cities follow in 2027.
